We are a management consulting firm focused on management, team and organization development.  Chris DeVany, founder and president of Pinnacle, will facilitate your meetings unless multiple facilitators are necessary, in which case we will draw on the resources of our highly-experienced facilitation team.

To ensure our success, for this is a collaborative endeavor, we follow a five-step process, including: 

• Assessment:  We work closely with you to verify both the current state and desired state of your organization, as well as the needs, capabilities and responsibilities of those who will be participating
• Design and Development:  We will collaborate on a Plan which includes Meeting Agenda, Action Plans and Follow-Up and Support
• Implementation:  We will facilitate your meeting(s) professionally and responsibly, just as if we had an ownership stake in your organization
• Evaluation:  We will facilitate meeting participants’ completing a Meeting Evaluation, in which they assess process and results
• Follow-Up and Support:  Using the approach and methods described above, we remain with you until you tell us, loudly and clearly, that we have been successful
